AED 92.5 Million for a Beachfront Villa

The purchase price makes this one of the most high-profile individual residential transactions in Dubai this year. It highlights how the city’s luxury market continues to draw elite buyers from the world of sports and entertainment.

The Project: Armani Beach Residences

The property spans 11,521 square feet and features a private pool within the beachfront development. The project, developed by Arada, comprises 57 homes designed by acclaimed architect Tadao Ando in collaboration with Armani Group and Casa Interior Design Studio. It also includes 90,000 square feet of amenities and is on track for completion in 2027.

Ngannou’s Vision for Dubai

Ngannou himself described Dubai as a city that combines ambition, stability, and opportunity — making it an obvious choice for a long-term investment. He said he was immediately struck by the vision behind the project when he visited it in person.

Dubai as a Global Luxury Destination

Group CEO of Arada, Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, noted that the transaction speaks to the depth of conviction international buyers have in Dubai’s market. This sale is a powerful reminder of why Dubai remains one of the top destinations for high-net-worth buyers worldwide.
